Omg..we all have our different tastes..it just so happens l own 2 Toyota's..and they are reliable...but l have no idea about Jeeps.. my son had one but sold it before it got old for no other reason he changes cars heaps...all cars are a personal choice..no point arguing ..no one wins

Mike, Got the same VEVOR heater as you and am assembling it at the moment. Need to fabricate the window interface you made. Do you crack the roof vent? Have you noticed the heat from the burners could eventually take out the wire between the rear lid and the where it goes into the back wall. I wrapped mine with a gob of tin foil to protect it.

What’s the point of doing what you did. Not trying to be disrespectful. Part of the fun is to be cold and uncomfortable isn’t it? Find some wood, light a fire etc. You had all the mod cons there. You might as well stayed at home put the air con on to cold and put a snow blizzard scene on your tv.

You just got my subscription! Your video randomly showed up in my feed. I was intrigued and began to watch. Solo camping with a dog I said…hmmm been done before ad nauseam but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and so I watched. Then the drone footage, pretty darn good! The covered bridge in snow? Breathtakingly beautiful! David Gilmour in stereo and I am totally hooked! You see, I’m a 65 year old widow with some health issues that keep me inside a lot of the time. I used to tent camp a lot. But now I can’t so I live in my fifth wheel and watch everyone else’s adventures. I grew up with Pink Floyd in the 70’s and when you had your religious experience in that covered bridge it took me back to a time long ago. Headphones on, black lights, Pink Floyd surrounded me in my tiny room. A girl of 15 years old and the music, THAT music! You and I are decades apart in age, but that music is ageless, timeless, and it still moves me like it does you. Well done, sir. I certainly look forward to your next adventure. Winter camping is definitely the best! PS-Juniper is adorable! I ❤🐾

BTW Mike, not to get too personal but I'm going through some health issues right now. Treatment is ongoing here in my easy chair tonight. Watching (or re-watching) your vids helps me manage and cope. So TY for what you do. Looking forward to getting back out in my TAG next Spring.

Just got back home from 3 days camping in Illinois, looks like about the same weather you had maybe a little more wind it snowed but no accumulation. The diesel heater definitely makes cold camping easier. I use it in a rtt and do sleep in my underwear😂 ( if I forget shorts) with the thing on level 2 constantly all night after warming up the tent for about 20 minutes. Hope to see more winter camping videos now that you have that setup!!!

Great set up man. I've lived in the Cleveland area for 27 years, and other than my nephew's wedding down in Urichsville I've never been to southern Ohio more than a couple of times, and I hear there are some FANTASTIC camping places down in that area of the state. I need to get down there one day. I enjoyed the video.

I couldn’t agree more Mike, it’s fall and winter camping for me all day everyday!!! No bugs, adult beverage by the camp fire, hot coffee in the morning and of course chili and most importantly NO PEOPLE, I love your videos

Drone in the rain?

With the drone footage and music at the end, this is a great video.

We have a Joytutus SUV tent (Amazon) that connects perfectly to the kitchen hatch of our TAG. We have a portable electric heater that makes it a nice toasty place to change clothes, sit in out of the weather and cook/eat our meals.

Isn’t it great when something you plan works!?!? I love that. I know exactly why you do what you do. I have a tiny Aliner Ascape. I used to have the monster RV too. I just hated towing it so never went. This summer I went as many times as I did for four years with the big one! Enjoy!

I love the idea and wish I could use a little teardrop camper but I like standing up indoors to get dressed, stretch, etc so I use a 6 man Coleman tent. No real winter camping for me. The drone images were beautiful and peaceful! Looking forward to more videos. 😊
