I watched about 50 videos the past couple days with insertional Achilles pain and this is by far the one that makes the most sense because some folks are saying that eccentric lowering of the calves, which absolutely put stress on that spot Two questions . Can it be pain from taking my shoes on and off? If it’s been about a week or so , is it better to ice or heat?

I am having some right knee pain. I have been switching back-and-forth from running in a higher Heel to toe drop shoe(new balance 990 v5) When I run on a flat surface on the grass, And a lower drop shoe when I run trails(xodus ultra 2). I also help with a prison ministry in which I am walking a substantial distance on concrete and standing 2 hours on concrete. I also drive a forklift part-time for about 6 hours, So my right leg gets a lot of workout on and off the gas/brakes. I was running every other day Approx 2 1/2 miles alternating terrain/shoes. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. I'm

My 7 year old just ran her first whole mile with me. We went at a nice easy jog pace, her breathing was great the whole time... Is this okay? Mile was 12.30 min. pace. We did 1.6 miles total, with the last .6 walk/run. She wanted to do more but I want to learn what's safe for her first. Thank you!

That first exercise (foot up, hands behind head) looks pretty unstable. I was kind of wobbling around. Can't imagine that's good with the Achilles loaded up like that.

thanks for such a great review. it was really funny too! I had really horrible back pain and i couldnt sleep and my coworker recommended this to me. Im not sure what hype is around it but it does help reduce my pain so i can fall asleep, so thats a win! interesting stuff but kind of dangerous too, i thought about slapping them on my temples like clockwork orange lol.

I woke up with 97% body battery and then drank two cups of coffee and my body battery went from 97% to 70% in half an hour. Stress indicated on your body battery is not normal stress but body stress. This increases when your stomach is digesting food or drink. The heavier and unhealthier you eat, the more stress the body battery will indicate. Compare it with the other stress app on the Garmin watch. Then you will see that your stress level is low and normal but that the body battery indicates that your stress level is high. This really has to do with alcohol, medicines, smoking, drugs, coffee and food.
