@@digishine2790 Very good AL results (3A-3A*) with a high Z score. High UCAT score will be essential from 2024 onwards. That itself wouldn’t guarantee a place, an applicant should excel in other extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership skills, community service, volunteering, etc. other than academics.

If your plan is to migrate by completing your degree in RMIT, your AL results will not be a problem. But if you want to become a charted engineer (specially, in civil engineering) you need IESL membership.

All the best with your higher studies. Also look into SLIIT because they now offer a pathway in civil engineering where you could complete your final years at the University of Edinburgh which is one of the top universities in the UK.

If you do well in your undergraduate studies, yes you can find a scholarship and I know many students who have done that.

It depends on what you want to do after your degree. If you are planning to become a charted engineer, then the accreditation matters. But, what matters if you are looking for a job, is your skills and experience.

If you plan to apply for a Masters by research program, you must show interest in the research component, this may be by showcasing your experience in previous research projects, publishing your undergraduate work in conferences, or showing genuine interest in the research topic you want to pursue. (along with good academic record, at least 2:2)

It’s not compulsory. If you have a 4 year degree and good GPA (first or second upper) including publication record you might get accepted for a PhD directly after bachelors. But these conditions change from one university to another.
