Watching him train this horse is absolutely fascinating. Good job. I truly believe this horse likes you and is learning how to handle his body

The word "pressure" is often used, it seems to me, (I know nothing about horses) to also something when it is not about touching. What is the full meaning of the word "pressure" here?

Isn’t getting the horse round good for them? That his body feels better, right? Win, win. I haven’t watched the entire video yet. Horses are teaching me to be sensitive in communication & recognize how another being is doing. I like reframing what I’m doing with horses & how.

I find it so funny when I bring up this training which is truly understanding the horses behavior, but am met with scoffs and eye rolls and this is just too hippy dippy for them, the old guard is throw a saddle on and ride, I hear I’m a rider not a trainer.. I just don’t understand how people can not be into the horse as a sentient being and want to learn everything about them, their behaviors, how to release tension and to work in harmony with a mutual respect for each other, you can only talk with an animal if we know their language… but then again look how humans look at other humans so it’s hard to see them wanting to understand an animal. This is so inspiring and I absolutely love Trt, best money I’ve spent on something that truly gives back!!! Thank you Tristan Tucker!!

It’s so intuitive for the patterning the horse’s expressions. Horses can also be autistic and give the wrong expressions and cues to commands

Why do most horse people keep their horses alone, especially stallions. All horses flourish when they are in a herd. ☀️

I live in Alaska and have such a problem HORSE and it is amazing to me because I have just been watching some of Will Rogers videos on KZbin and thinking gosh they’re so short I want them longer. Then I am always looking at Tristan Tucker and the TRT Method videos and yet I’m too afraid to join because I have no indoor arena and it’s winter here in Alaska and very cold, windy and snowy. I can’t get out in it and if I did all the things I take out there to use would blow away. This is a wonderful treat for me to hear you both speaking and that you know each other so well LOVELY!

this is really weird i naturally and almost compulsively touch horses the way and in the places tristan does without being aware of how that makes them more aware ... must be a bit of horse sense in me ... i just do it as i love on them

I wonder why those men never learned from the real top people, like Arthur Kottas, or did they even read books, or knew about Egon Von Neindorff, Colonel Hans Handler, or read Waldemar Seunig's bible "Horsemanship" (not the short, adapted version..)

A lot of things happening inside his body that he is unaware of'- says TRT- Well bullshit.. The horse is perfectly aware of the humans- how he feels about the humans- which of the two is dominant... The horse is aggressive and in an attack mode because of what has been done to him in training.. So this guy starts ground work and causing the horse to move without threatening the horse and without cause him pain.. Despite all this TRT guys mumbo jumbo nonsense its really only Buck Brannaman ground work as he got it from the Dorrance brothers- who got it from Frank Dorrance who got it from the U.S. Cavalry school at Fort Riley.. This is Classical French Dressage groundwork which the German Dressage show system banished and twisted out of shape by the Nazis in the 1920's and 30's .. The Nazi show system is still taught by the corrupted international show dressage establishment as exemplified by Roll Kur- and the abusively severe rein contact see saw system of frauds like Isabell Wirth.. This poor horse owner is a victim of the crooked International European show system which stands in stark contrast to Classical European High School foundational training.. These poor horse owners are being taken advantage by ,' trainers,'like this TRT guy.. Won't watch anymore of this cuz I know more than this guy does and I don't want to waste my time .. best Bruce Peek

This is a great video and I will start tomorrow to apply. Thank you so much! I have 1 question: are the lines special for this? They look like the one we use to lunge normally. But I was told that the line we use normally has a weight which affects the horse mouth. Thank you so much!!

Ive been watching alot of these videos and another good person who trains with mustangs that remind me of my donkeys with their different ways of processing infomation . Its been really great as donkeys are very different. So after watching them i felt happy that my sensitive and patient and somewhat slow approach is legitimate❤. In just a few sessions i don't get mugged, i can split them up and made being tied a fun part and recognised the 20 year old very sweet girlie who stomps around if not pleased has me laughing, so ive been starting her with her head down and we've both been shaking our heads and blowing out together to relax.😂 Its becoming a joint exercise. The circling i had always used to stop my young forward pushy girl from running ahead but now im introducing the flag which doesn't bother them at all. Lifting of feet is amazingly happening not enough but a good change and their attitude is like two women chatting over a garden fence both looking at me and i imagine saying to each other, " oh here we go I'm staying here until i get called over you can go first, she'll have you blowing done your nose but it's worth a bit of carrot at the end! "😂
