Hi Lydia I had eczema since a child open sore parches on my face which alternated from my chin hairline and under my eyes.. In my 50ties my yoga teacher told me she uses coconut oil for practically everything and always has a big tub of it. She even used it to take all her makeup off so I tried it and was astonished as my eczema cleared up and my skin is now in such beautiful soft blemish free condition. I just use a small amount all over my face and over my eyes and use a warm flannel to take everthing off and go to bed with beautiful soft skin. I am now 64 and I will never buy another product to remove make up or moisturise again. The tub lasts ages I believe this natural product to be the best thing I have ever found and when I think of all that wasted money I spent and the visits to the doctor who gave me some really highly chemical based stuff I really cringe. Its worth a try. x

Just a thought....could you be lacking in vitamin D? I know many people use tanning beds or uv lighting to help correct eczema and psoriasis also I believe a lack of the vit d deficiency.

Hi Lydia, I start my day about the same. Coffee and silence for the first 20 minutes of my morning. It’s a wonderful morning when I get to do it in the backyard with the sunshine on my face. Hi Lydia! I start my day the same but with coffee. I wake up, go to the kitchen, make my coffee and then return to bed and drink it in SILENCE for like 15-20 minutes. It’s my sacred time lol! 🤣

We've got very hard water in our region. I use water filter for drinking water but once every three weeks or so I have to clean my kettle from scale. I've found that the most cost-effective and eco-friendly way for me is to use crystallized citric acid. It is used in cooking so I'm not worried about toxic chemicals and so on. And also because it's solid it's really easy to store. I bought a 1 kg package ages ago and it's only half way through. So what you need is simply put half a small spoon of acid into you kettle and add some water, boil it up and wait 3-5 mins until the residue is dissolved. As a bonus tip I usually don't let the solution go to waste and use it to get rid of the scale in my bath sink and toilet bowl while it's still hot. Works like magic. As an alternative you can use a tablespoon of white vinegar or a small amount of concentrated vinegar. I like the letter more because in my region it comes in glass bottles.

I really enjoy your videos. I love going round the charity/ thrift shops in my area. Im trying to use them more often rather than buying brand new, obviously there will be times when i will have to go with brand new but mostly i want to buy things second hand only if I really need something of course.
