What I like about your channel is that I always learn something! Looking up lavendar and then yew as some of the comments said, it does look more like a yew tree, and I found out that yew can be used as a bonsai tree, so I'm wondering if that's what it was. Regardless, it's a beautiful little plant and the pot you picked is perfect.

Aww, Lydia - first of all, I've been watching both of your channels for some time now and love them both. Your videos are relaxing and inspire my simple living goals! I'm autistic / adhd and an HSP, and for what it's worth I agree - you seem like an HSP to me, too. About the empathy comment - when my son was diagnosed with autism (2006) the 'lack of empathy' was a big thing that was still being said, and a lot of people do still think that, so while I know it isn't true, no offense was taken here. When I was diagnosed (2020) empathy wasn't brought up at all, just the fact that we often have trouble expressing our own emotions the way we would like (true for me at times!). Anyway, what beautiful finds the plant and pot both are - looks lovely in that corner! 🌿💚

I used to visit the same branch of Boyes when on holiday as a child (50 years ago) They used to have a monkey in a cage on a upper floor, we used to see, but we always felt very sad it was in such a tiny space and smelly. Thank goodness it’s no longer there, but I hope the chimp went to a good home x

Oh wow. Probably before there were animal welfare laws. I know flamingo land do a lot of rescue and conservation in the area now for ‘wild’ animal rescue that have been bred in captivity. x

Agree with you on HSP/autism difference. I think the word autism gets thrown around a lot. Just because someone is HSP, introverted or likes to do their own thing doesn’t mean they are necessarily on the spectrum.

I used to visit S’boro a lot, as I had friends with a flat there, so I recognise a lot of places you go to..Ive also looked at the traits/differences of Autism/HSP/ ADHD. For me, I believe I have ADHD, with many traits Ive had since childhood, but didnt realise there was a name for it/them.
