The Dollar Tree tape has worked wonders for me. It is a better buy than most any other store. I ordered some cheaper tape and the maker completely missed the point of how the tape is supposed to work. . It stretches in the width of the tape not the length, if that makes sense. It is worthless.

I developed DeQuervain’s Tenosynovitis in 2008 when my daughter was around 6 months old. Moms will do anything to make sure their baby stays safe at her expense and often needlessly could be ameliorated by self care. The most painful cortisone shot I’ve ever had. The doctor was sticking the needle which was enormous. His tech was standing almost out of the room shooting liquid nitrogen across the room at the injection spot. After just a couple of other body part RSI’s I learned a lot more about the deleterious effects that far outweigh a tenuous benefit. Your channel didn’t exist and I had barely discovered kinesiology tape. Live and learn. Thank you!

Stepped off a ladder but my middle finger got caught and I sprained a tendon: big painful swelling on my hand knuckle. I just taped it and the pain relief is unbelievable ❤👍🇳🇱

Do you have a video for little finger stiffening, and tha outer side of hand? From too much work with mouse and drawing.

Thanks for posting the video. The tips for taping the foot have been really helpful. I have the same problem in my right foot like you have in yours. I did a lot of physical therapy for my foot. Some of the exercise had helped. But I never got the response I got with taping my foot.

I’m so confused, I have had issues with my veins and swelling of my ankle and foot since I was pregnant with my son who is almost 5, I have been to countless specialists had ultrasounds of veins, etc. I bought the electric boots to compress my legs, you name it. I am debating trying cream for lymphedema but I know the one I was looking at is really expensive. It’s hard without knowing if it’s going to help at all. Thoughts??? Are you starting on the inside of your ankle?

Can these tapes remain for longer periods? Also won't they peel off if we have a shower? I've tried many options to get the big toe back to position but all these are hurting the foot too much. Please reply as I had to quit my job due to this as I started stumbling.

I'm a massage therapist, my problem began when I had acupuncture, and they forgot about me, so I had the needles in for an hour. Obviously, massage doesn't help. I will definitely try as many variations on here. Thanks. Love the accent, too.

If you get surgery DO NOT get a fusion. Lapidus and Lapiplasty are DANGEROUS and destroy your foot joint. You won't be able to walk or run ever again. DO NOT make the mistake I did. Go for an osteotomy or best of all a tight rope bunionectomy (like the fast forward procedure). Those don't destroy any joints

It blocks air coming out so the room does not cool. I need something as I found mold in the 32 year old fiber board inside the duct work.. 😢
