LSit bulgarians damn. I am searching for Lsit ring dips since I tried then I felt like its mostly triceps as keeping LSit make me being behind the rings and bending at the wrist. Feels weird.

Please, don't flair out your elbows when executing this maneuver. You inappropriately activate your biceps and rotator cuffs in an abnormal manner predisposing you to severe strain. Instead, maintain your elbows at your sides and keep constant pressure on the rings. Good job and video. Thanks.

Isn’t pullover and backward roll the same ?
@BARSCIENCE1017 ай бұрын
i could be wrong in this, but to me the pullover starts from a hang, below the rings. And the backroll starts from the top, from the support position.

I’ve read comments on your other videos…what other exercises can you recommend for progressing to this? Struggling with it at the moment. Would RTO dips moving towards the hips help? Inverted curls / inverted mup eccentrics? Also…do you have an IG? Thanks
@BARSCIENCE1013 жыл бұрын
@@Mahermovement no IG well at least there is notihng training related there the pelican dip is good, that was my experiance at least. But the backroll is such an awkward move since there are not many others that have a direct correlation. so the best in my opinion is to train the move with an elastic band that you hold between the rings. that way you can "lean" on that as you pracrtice the roll. then, once you got the movement down, it is a question of strength. i might have a video where i do it with the band but i can't remember this was many years ago now
