Great combo! Looks very hard. I would love to try some of this stuff on the rings. I know it would take along time to master though.

Good videos and skills, I have a question, how long have you been training with the rings ?, in a few months I'm going to reach a year of training with the rings and the more I learn and improve on it the set of skills I want to handle keeps growing and growing lol, that stops in some moment?

@@cristiannaranjo7080 me personally I don't want to devote my life to just ring training, so I tried to figure out/calculate the least amount of exercises that should give u all the benefits of calisthenics and ring training that don't come from other ones like weights, machines, plyometrics, even rope climbs, ect. And just today, it came out to 2-3 exercises: Wide front lever tuck muscle up to wide tuck planche (on parallel bars) ( I know I said rings but this is basically an easier version of a victorian through iron cross to maltese, so u can get the similar angles and straight arm strength but it's not so hard so u can get more reps and achieve it sooner). On rings, back lever press to pike and then handstand, all with straight arms. And deep full rom (aiming for same or deeper angles then back lever) weighted tuck planche pushups/chest dips on rings, with a wide grip in the middle of the movement.
