Hi! Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr and 10 min but check at 50 minutes because depending on your oven it might be shorter time. Enjoy!

I made this in idividual ramakins. When I turned them out the next day the sugar stayed on the bottom and was hard as a rock !!! It took forever to clean after !!! What did I do wrong ????

Hi! How long did you bake for? Did you do the water bath? If you followed the steps on my video exactly , it would’ve came out good even if you baked in ramekins. The caramel never sticks that way. Do you think maybe you forgot an ingredient in the flan?

I baked it in a waterbath and for the required time. However I did not let it sit overnight. I wanted it for dessert the same day. After it cooled I chilled it for about 2-2+ hours , maybe that was the problem????
