Is that like the Icelandic Bind off. I've been testing bind offs for tiny sweaters for dolls & animals. I much prefer knitting of VS sewing off! I tried an invisible sewn bind off the other day. Thankful there were only 40 stitches!! On the lookout for a list of knit-off styles, with no clue how many might exist even :)

This is the the best provisional cast-on lesson that I have found so far. It is very clear and well-filmed. Thank you so much.

Does it also apply to motifs? Or can we just knit like in rows?

I am absolutely dead. People of the world, this is a knitted blanket, not a nuclear bomb. Why do we have fifteen warnings and PSA's in the description like we're watching an episode of Jackass or creating our very own super cute gun for destruction at home? Never in my life have I seen warnings for a soft cuddly blanket. I'm gone. We're out here being scared of blankets, the most harmless thing on earth, and this "company" is terrified someone will watch this and end up offing their family from leaving this oh so dangerous knitted garment out of watch? Does it transform into a fire breathing gremlin at night?

Great video, but can you tell me how much yarn it takes to do the pico edge. Would it be saving eight lengths of your edge, or 10 lengths of your edge. Thank you for responding.

As a novice crocheter, I would have appreciated a better explanation as to why and when you a crochet chain is made vs crochet into each knitted stitch. Too much talking with not enough visual to show what you're describing.😢

You Can also Knit it without creating the bump……..as usual, Knit the front leg, Then stick your needle into the back leg as if to knit it, but instead of knitting it you just slip the stitch over to the right needle. Now you created an increase without the bump.

what if you're purling? my pattern goes knit2, purl2 so the last stitch in my round is a purl stitch and i'm don't understand how to do your trick with a purl stitch... I resorted to go knit1, purl2, knit2, purl2, ... knit2, purl2, knit1 so that the first and last stitches on my rounds are knit stitches
