Black balsams supposedly goes well in a coffee (not a big fan of coffee myself, so can't vouch for it). But the best way to have it hands down is poured over a bowl of ice cream. Trust me, try it with ice cream.

lol you are supposed to combine flavours when you eat food that includes black pudding , a full english is a modern invention it is not centuries old at all it is cafe food , you have to remember in the past people were poor and would never afford the wide range of foods that are eaten today the original would have just been egg and bacon and maybe sausage , soft over ripe tomatoes or mushrroms , their are regional variations with cockles and lava bread in wales or black pudding in the north of England , and maybe haggis in scotland with your fry up , white pudding in ireland .....

Same old clichéd tourist food. I can buy HP sauce in China! Is that hash browns? Not British at all. Full English Breakfasts are not so popular as you suggest. Mushy peas is not made from regular peas; it is made from marrowfat peas. Chippy. But you CAN get great fish and chips in some restaurants. English beer is not always warm. Huge myth. It depends on what type you ask for. Irish is Cornish? Behave yourself! Never see that in my long British life! You eat your food how you want!

My old Grandad used to eat his Yorkshire Pudding with some of the gravy on a separate plate. When that was polished off then he would eat the rest of the roast dinner. This was a way that many earlier generations would eat it, perhaps so they might fill themselves up with the cheaper food as they could not afford too much meat and so on.

Hey Gary! Thanks for watching our videos- glad you like them. We'd always recommend a few days in Bangkok as a starting point then fly to either Krabi and visit Koh Phi Phi & Koh Lanta, finishing up in Phuket , OR Fly in to Koh Samui from Bangkok and visit Koh Phangan and Koh Tao . If you dont have a lot of time , Bangkok & Hua Hin are great options. Cant go wrong with any of the above options in our opinion - oh and our favourite time of year to visit is between Jan and early March for best (dry) weather . Have a great time!!! 😀

Thank you for giving English food a fair crack...it is criticised worldwide for some reason...if cooked properly, traditionally, it is as good as any food in the world. My Yorkshire friends often serve Yorkshire pudding first with gravy as is traditional. It is to fill a person up before the more expensive food is served as money would have been very tight in working class communities.

I took a 3rd class train from Phitsanulok to Bangkok when our 1st class train was cancelled. It was hot and humid and I expected the worst. But with all the windows open and the ceiling fans running, it was the most comfortable train ride I ever took. The bathrooms were way bigger than the one in the video with the added benefit of open windows keeping the air (relatively) fresh. Don't disregard 3rd class trains they're extremely comfortable no matter the temperature.

I had the same experience. Last year in August I traveled by train from Stockholm to Narvik. I arrived in Narvik at 12.53 p.m. And as usual the train is late, instead of arriving as scheduled at 12:40 p.m. The bus left at 1:10 p.m. to Tromso. I only had 17 minutes to get to the bus station, I had to walk more than 1 km. Then when I got off the train, I ran almost all the way to the bus station, so as not to miss the bus. I also got on the bus still sweating. But if you only go as far as Tromso then you can wait for another bus which I know leaves around 3:30 p.m. It was important for me to make it to this bus because I was leaving further, to the city of Alta and I had to arrive the same day. So I finally arrived at my destination at 10:20 p.m.
@KristyandSteveАй бұрын
Wow we had a very similar experience by the sounds of it! I think if we did it again, we would opt to stay the night in Narvik and head to Tromso the following day - much less stressful to! 😅 Would you agree?

@@KristyandSteve Yes, but I know there is also a bus at 3.45 p.m. from the Narvik bus station to Tromso. In any case, it's better to install the Svipper app on your phone and there you will find the bus schedule.
