Fantastic production, you two. I'm actually staying at the same hotel, and I agree, it's a brilliant place to stay, with nice clean rooms and brilliant and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the beach down from the hotel doesn't look anywhere near as appealing as you have shown it, and I found the hotel breakfast to be quite ordinary. The sea is a bit murky, but I need to check it out at low tide. I'll be having breakfast at HOC tomorrow, and going for a look at "beach number three". Thanks for the info!

The city was German till 1945 and called Breslau. In 1945, 650,000 Germans were expelled from the city. It is the largest city on Earth, whose entire population was expelled. It was the third-largest city of the German Empire after Berlin and Hamburg. Everything built there before 1945 was built by Germans. The city was German-speaking since around 1200-1300. The descendants of the Slavic founders of the village from before 1200 were Germanized, and expelled in 1945, too. Before the Slavs settled in Silesia (the region in which the city lies) in around 400-600, Silesia was inhabited by East Germanic tribes. All Nobel prize winners from the city's university were Germans, and none was Polish. A look on a political map of Europe from before 1945 helps.

@@KristyandSteve Thank you but i only told you that cause it annoys me that many Poles try to hide the German history of the city and pretend that it's all Polish. In fact, it is sad: they even destroyed all the German church inscriptions and the graveyards. And i wouldn't rely on Wikipedia either. Nationalist Poles control the article. Why is never mentioned that Wroclaw is the biggest city on Earth whose entire population was expelled? Cause it is not welcome mentioning this. It's some sort of penalty for the Germans for the war. The people there only spoke German since at least 1300, no matter whether the city belonged to Germany, Prussia, Austria or Bohemia. The Slavs founded a village called Vratislav on Silesian soil. This village got Germanized since 1200, but the Germans didn't kick out the Slavs, but assimilated them. They even kept the Slavic name for the village. This name evolved into the form "Breslau". It was Polonized after 1945 to "Wroclaw". And therefore, the descendants of the Slavic founders have also been expelled in 1945, cause they spoke German since centuries. Poor German grandma who was expelled in 1945 from Breslau can not be made responsible for the war. Perhaps there were even German Jews who survived the war, and where then kicked out of Breslau by the Poles.

You really did not show the fantastic beach in Hua hin. Between north side of Khao Takiab and where you entered the beach (horse rent) you have 5 km of the most fantastic beach. Hilton beach is no good. just go 200 meter to the south of where you enter the beach you have this 5 Km stretch of white sand. You missed it. what a petty. otherwise great video
@KristyandSteve17 күн бұрын
We thought there must have been a much better beach somewhere around Khao Takiab as many people said it was the best to visit (and the area we went in the video was clearly not that impressive). Oh its disappointing we went to the wrong part of it 😫 Thank you for bringing this to our attention , we will be sure to follow your advice next time we're in Hua Hin.

Hello! We didn't rent a car as we only stayed in the dome for 2 nights (1 full day) and didnt go anywhere in that time (as we did all of our activities during the time we stayed in Tromso). Black pudding must be fried until crisp. Finger thick slices. Thus they're crisp on the surface, and soft in the middle. Add fine salt. And cranberry sauce. (Wich balances the fat pudding).

Hello. At 9:20 there was beef stew with dumplings and purple cabbage on the plate, not goulash. Goulash is soup, potatoes, onions, carrots, beef and paprika. Almost all tourists from Anglo-Saxon countries confuse the two dishes. Another thing: they unnecessarily walked down from the Fishermen's Bastion to climb the stairs to the Buda Castle. Turning left from the Matthias Church, you should have walked straight down the street to the castle. If you have already gone down, you can also use elevators to get up to the castle. 😉😉😉
