As a Gleason 7, his is intermediate, but you can’t take that tract with higher risk cancer pathologies. I’m hoping he is ok, but he better watch this close …

Can a woman over 50 do this as well? Also, I heard A/A women build muscle really fast and I don't want to look like a man. I just built my very own home gym and am ready to get started but I'm afraid to get too muscley. Where do I start? I'm 55. 😞
