I like the intention, but given the complexity of these movements and the teansitions between combination elements, i really think its essential that he spend more time going over form. There are so many opportunities for injury especially for the novice and/or older individuals who might be more prone to injury. I also think that given the number if combinations in each exercise, a longer interval, say 40 or 45 seconds, would make more sense. I do appreciate the full-body, complex muscle movement approach and the creativity of his combinations.

59 year old woman here. Been doing this workout on and off for about a year. For those saying it’s not easy to recover between sets, pause the video and take a few extra seconds or use lighter kettle bells. I alternate between 15, 20 & 30lb kettle bells depending on the move and I can finish this workout completely. The key is LISTEN👏🏼TO👏🏼YOUR👏🏼BODY!!
