Med Ball wall throw 9. Med Ball side throw 10. Lateral Jumps 11. Lateral Hurdle hops 12. One leg Lateral Hurdle hops 13. Explosive Step ups 14. Weighted step ups 15. Depth jumps 16. Depth jumps and Squats 17. Depth Jumps and plyo lunges.

Funk can you start doing follow along workouts of your old workouts? It’s just better to do these following you than writing them down and doing them. I’m talking about your old workouts like Spartacus and like ten or so years ago. You had such great workouts then. Super hard

How many times a week should we do this? I am trying to do my 3-4 miles runs every other day and this on the Jon running days. Not gona lie this workout makes my runs tough lol

Gave this a go today, I used lower weighted dumbbells (around 11lbs) whilst the chest exercises were easier everything else was still difficult, especially the squats and lunges, I didn’t realise how out of shape my legs are 😂 Great workout, love that it’s in real time so we can follow along 👍🏻
