I get 6.5 hrs of sleep Sunday to Sunday 97% of the time. I'm up at 330 to prepare to workout at 4am. I'm my strongest and most focused in the morning. I work 8 hrs and I get an afternoon workout in which helps me to decompress. My phone goes on Nightmode gray scale at 915. Bedtime 95% of the time is 930. Tv off. I cover all lights in the room. If I get up at night to go to the bathroom i try and keep my eyes closed. Bathroom is steps away so I know the pathway. I never have a hard time falling back to sleep. I'll be 57 in April and I've never felt or looked better. Definitely got something out of this podcast though. Getting ready to go get me an orange bulb for my night lamp! Oh and I definitely go for a walk after lunch.
