The trick with a full English is to minimise the carbs. Do that and it doesn't spike your sugar and it'll keep you going til the evening !

Replace the toms with tinned plum tomatoes. Sprinkle some white pepper on. Fried black pudding and fried bread are a must. Plus...cup of tea and toast and marmalade to follow 😋🤤
