Dairy milk used to be so much better many years ago before Cadbury were bought by Kraft. They claim they’ve never changed the recipe but they 100% have as it’s not as good as it used to be. It’s still a fairly nice chocolate though. You should also try galaxy chocolate.

IMO Cadbury tastes bland like American chocolate now. It used to taste creamy before the change. They've definitely changed something and probably don't use "full cream" milk anymore. 😒

Prawn cocktail crisps are not supposed to taste of prawns or shrimps! They taste of the Marie Rose sauce that you put on the prawn cocktail. Marie Rose sauce is usually tomato ketchup, mayo, a little Worcestershire Sauce, and cayenne. I think you are getting them confused with what we call prawn crackers, which you would normally get with a Chinese takeaway meal.

The dude gets it but his girlfriend not so much. British chocolate is so much better than American chocolate, there’s no comparison. Give some other bars a try like white lion bars, double deckers, star bars, twirls. Also try walkers cheese and onion, wotsits, chip sticks and hoopla hoop crisps. 👍

Try to remember that crisps & puffed snacks are more often than not directed at kids, so the spice level is dialled back. That's not to say adults don't eat them but everyone can eat them if they're a bit more subtle. And for the umpteenth time that I have posted on 'Americans try' videos, Prawn cocktail crisps or snacks do NOT contain fish flavor. The prawn cocktail is the cocktail sauce flavor ( which is Tomato ketchup and Mayo combined).

Even tho this was a month ago.. yea they went in a bit blindsided.. monster munch flaming hot isnt supposed to be spicy and never has. compared to the new cheetos flaming hot which have a tiny kick to them. but yea if you want spicy you go for walkers max strong collection. hot chicken wings are the bomb for me personally. and jalapeno and cheese like you mentioned give a good amount of heat and decent kick and fiery peri peri is the hotest you will get in terms of those collections of crisps

Hey guys, stumbled across one of your recent videos from near Newcastle (Pablo Eggs Go Bao), as I live in Newcastle, and been catching up with the others. Great to see Amercians visiting the UK, all the different cities and sampling UK food for a change, as there are so many videos of British people visiting the USA. I myself love the USA and New York in particular. As for the crisps (or 'chips' to you and Sav), I was addicted to Pickled Onion Monster Munch when I was a youngster, but haven't had them for a long time now. I may have to try them again, and see if they are still as good as they were back in the 1980s. Keep up the good work you two, love the videos, and happy future travels.

You NEED yes NEED no if's buts or maybes you NEED to go to Sheffield and try a pork sandwich with all the trimmings from Bères in SHEFFIELD I promise you won't be disappointed. Large pork sandwich with double dip, crackling and apple sauce if you like. Also a sausage roll and egg custard for dessert. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH lol. 9 hour drives from Bedfordshire to cornwall. Family members drive couple hours at the weekends. Drove from Beds to jersey (including a ferry) . Family members drive all over the place, to Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Cambridgeshire on a regular basis. But we are all based, all over the place!

The accent doesn't just change city to city, it changes town to town....and locals can tell what town you're from. It's a little harder for people outside of "your" town to tell the subtle differences however. I've lived in the North East of England for the majority of my life but I've also lived all across the East Midlands and further south. The difference in accents is huge between my Geordie-esqe one and my cousins from Nottingham (I live in Durham so it's different to the Newcastle accent but Southerners often assume it is a Geordie accent). As for the travel time, most things are closer to us because we are a little island but I travel over an hour for work daily and take 6 hour round trips every other weekend. I think 1 reason we don't travel as much could be down to the cost of fuel in the UK compared with the states too. Mainly however its because why would I travel for 6 hours to see what is 20 mins away such as the beach? We have Flipz chocolate pretzels here which I know are American and I wonder if they taste different over here in the UK due to not many of us being able to stomach Hersgey's?

Hey there's a lot of old ruins and ghosts dartmoor way. There's a pub in sourton which is "the most haunted" it's cool. Has grottos, a nautical room, Egyptian room and the entrance is a carriage. The Warren House is nearby too which has had the fire lit for more than 100 years now.

If ur heading to Cornwall this visit and plan on trying a British cream tea, I recommend melensey mill it’s an old working mill on the roseland peninsula it’s a stunning place! Get the table that’s next to the mini waterfall on the left if you can. The wild birds are so tame and come to eat your crumbs from ur table! Also try Malcolm barnecutts pasties in wadebridge also granny wobblys fudge in same town! Have the best fun you guys x

Something people are rarely aware of with our "Prawn cocktail" flavours, is that the flavour is not meant to taste like prawn but rather the Thousand Island sauce our actual prawn cocktail is made with. So it is never intended to be fishy per se.

Accents - look up Geordie accents and Glaswegian accents. They are very distinctive! Try Walkers cheese and onion or Prawn cocktail crisps, they are good. Also try Nik Naks, they are flavour intense. Same company as Lays but they have different flavours in the UK. Cadbury Chocolate not as good as it used to be, but still good. Try melting it in your mouth rather than chewing to release more flavour.

Cadbury have definitely,definitely changed the recipe for their chocolate since the take over . Being an old lady, whose eaten lots of Cadbury over the years, since the takeover I CANT eat it because it makes the roof of my mouth SORE. Also it’s now shiny ,hard and ‘ snaps’ ( if you know what I mean).
