Sir, wrt tp payback period - shouldn't the project with lower payback period be selected and not the one with higher? In the video, you've said to select the one with lower payback period.

Hello sir, thank you so much for clearing out the confusion. Here I was really not able to relate to what is the difference between the policies that are mentioned under the EEF and OPAs. All I was trying to understand is how can we differentiate between them, but there you made it so simple. Stating that Policies in EEF may be related to the Legal policies and etc external to the project and policies in the OPA would be policy on how to communicate or carry out project task like hiring people on the project. This is much simple now.

In create wbs process there is a tool defined in the pmbok is DECOMPOSITION , in pmbok decomposition generally involves 5 steps . The last step stays " verifying that the degree of decomposition of the deliverables is appropriate" . I am super confused what does this point means ... Could you please explain it to me please ?
