Why does the claim acceptance letter which is sent to the client initially not state the injuries covered? When will this be changed?

Kia ora Anne, removing injury details in the first letter sent to an ACC client reduces the risk of a privacy breach, in case the address provided is incorrect or out of date.

I have a question. We know to not use non-specific codes at our practice, but why do these codes exist if they are best not used? E.g. Whiplash injury is a code. As well as Muscle strain/sprain.

This persons name is megan Main she is the ceo of Acc the highest paid public service worker. My message to Acc is the Acc legislation is illegal as this takes away our freedom to seek justice against the people who have harmed and injured us. It has made new zealand unsafe with the rates of negligence by health professionals one of the highest in the world. It is a dictatorship system where there is more rights for the victim for faulty workmanship on your house. And no right for a person that has been harm by medical negligence to take action in court. As such our rates of negligence is rising. I have been abused neglected and lied to by Acc as i was harmed and injured by Quinns pharmacy gore they expected liability Acc have not provided any support to live in dignity I tryed to contact this lady megain main ceo she couldnt give a s.. didnt even both to email back on any occasions she is not worth the money. I am calling for the removal of the law and our democratic rights of freedom to be returned the right of freedom has been sign at the un it is now law acc must stand aside. without justice for victims there will be no change

Boil the water in a kettle. Then let it cool for three minutes. Don’t use hot water from tap, the impurities from the tap and chemicals will slowly destroy the rubber of the bottle. Don’t fill it all the way up, leave last quarter empty and squeeze out air slowly, use a cover. Poor slowly when filling the bottle. Stay safe!

How is it. ACC give out new claim numbers when no Dr. Has NOT filled out an acc45 document. No accident occured What happened was a letter of complaint was sent in that an illegal operation had been performed by dr Wayne Owen Jones. Dr Jones appears allegedly to operate on whatever he wishes after anesathic has been administered
