*REALISTIC Bedtime / evening routine*with toddler and baby

Hey there! Today, we're thrilled to share our family-friendly afternoon/ bedtime routine and our way to getting our kids to sleep through the night. My husband and I do our best to balance things around the house and are happy to share what works for us! With little outside help, we learned to lean on each other to maximize our days with these little ones.
Our #1 tip for getting our toddler and baby to sleep through the night is throughout this video :)
Join us as we navigate through a fun-filled afternoon, starting with soccer practice, then park playtime, whipping up a Haitian-inspired dinner, drawing from my upbringing, and ending with cozy bedtime stories.

Tip #1 - playtime. We noticed days when they don’t sound are when we have the most trouble getting them to stay down or even go to bed. They need to burn some energy.
Tip #2- we use overnight diapers for both
Tip #3 we do our best to stick to a routine. Create one that works for you and your family.
Tip -#4 - blackout curtains and sound machines keep them comfortable
Tip #5 - don’t give up!

Hey hun, we just stopped breastfeeding at 27 months. When we were bf, naps were much easier but bedtime routines were done by my husband. She would still get up once a night for feeding but overall I think switching with my husband helped.
