Pressure maintained from pump to outgoing hose. I hope that helps. Thanks for the question and happy camping.

12 wire is the better job. For the difference in price it's silly not to run it. Very nice video though. Thanks for sharing.

Katadyn single liter filter bottle for 40 bucks or so. much cheaper. I can see using this for a group of campers but not one person.

it's high maintenance for 300 bucks, shelf life for replacement filters is only 3 years.

Noob question for inverters with hardwire options for higher loads. Do you need to wire in a breaker or can you simply wire in a an outlet with 12ga? I suspect it's always best to have a breaker in line when hard wiring.

Only problem I seen was your panels were not connected and added flow to the battery’s you could have been around 3hrs or possibly more… so slightly inconsistent testing for total time to really test the system.

So for the output do you connect the + and - from each battery to maintain 12v or can you have your output power connections off of just one batteries + and - ?

I heard you aren't supposed to charge the battery and discharge it at the same time. I'm not sure if it has a safe pass through power.

Thanks for the video! So one thing I don’t quite understand… does the water heater shut off when it gets to a certain temp or does it just keep heating? Should I turn it off at night when going to sleep or just leave it running all night?

Your math absolutely makes zero sense, your saying the load was 4 amps and you took a 110 ah ( 55 amps useable 50% rule) and you got to 50% battery capacity in an hour??? A couple lantern batteries could do that. Your math is wrong,your display is grossly wrong,or your battery is a pack of AA batteries inside the shell or something. No way a 68 pound 110ah batter can't run 4 amps for an hour, a cell phone almost has that capability

Love my 4 Lion energy batteries! At west yellowstone this May, it was down into the 20’s and I had the exterior cabinet, closed off, and added a incandescent lamp. It kept the area in the 40’s and no problem with the batteries!

do you have a video on how to connect two 12.8v 100ah batteries in parallel? i have renogy 700w inverter and lion energy 400 w charge controller plus 4 lion energy 12.8v 100w rigid panels. its a little confusing because im supposed to connect inverter and controller positive cables to one battery and negative cables to the other battery?

Is it ok to run wires from a 920AH LiFePO battery bank on my RV to a battery charger on my towed vehicle (lead acid 12 volt) to keep that battery charged for use of the brake controlled and lights?
@fullmoonadventureclub
@fullmoonadventureclub 27 күн бұрын
Absolutely. As long as you have a 12 volt lead acid battery charger that is charging that battery. You cannot connect to the lead acid battery directly to a lithium ion phosphate battery Bank, the charge voltages would be different.

Jim, thank you so much for this. It saved me today. I'm a 72 year old, none techie, and waited for over an hour for AAA to come jump start our motorhome. They never came. I saw that switch snd googled to fond info on it. I watched your video and was able to charge it myself using the generator and house batteries. OH MY GOSH! I got it running! My 85 year old husband thinks I'm a hero! 😆
