The “You really are no different than them” has two meanings. One that she’s calling you a monster and also that she’s saying you’re no different than the evil humans who mercilessly slaughtered the monsters and trapped them underground for no reason besides control, even though you’re just a child, she still thought and knew that you’re all evil in that last moment.

Dude it was scary how Toriel just flipped her entire personality like that. At her last moment, it finally clicked that all of humanity is just pure evil. I mean a literal child waited until she was vulnerable and defenseless then killed her. Even children are pure evil. So she just flipped everything and knew it at that moment.
