Ridiculously overpriced!

Who will be sticking 25 cards in a wallet making it way thicker than a regular wallet? Also, I'm not a big fan of having to fold up my cash multiple times and have it on the exterior of my wallet. It looks like a good way to lose your cash quickly.

Great vid as always! 🙂 If possible, please do a review on the FNDN wallet. Its been around for a while, but not too many reviews on it. Nothing fancy but I think it's a really nice quality wallet with nice leather. When I got mine years ago it was $50 but now I see it's going for $25. Check it out is you havent.

Is this rfid protected?

The concern is the pen. People use fountain pen or gel pen and they wont fit in there for sure.

I like that it’s got one more pocket than the bellroy card pocket. I assume this is the same as what they call the venture card pocket now. Wish it came in more colors.

Not really a fan of magnets in wallets. I don't like the idea of something that can damage your cards being so close to your cards. And another thing that you carry everyday that could magnetize your mechanical/automatic watch. I think the lock mechanism on their previous versions before the magnet was a lot better. Those are more secure even if you accidentally drop the wallet.

Thanks for the review Mark, I have 4 of his wallets. Gen 5 ,6 and the newest 8 with magnet. I believe George makes the highest quality metal wallet with the most options for the money. I have a friend who loved his Ridge wallet. Cost was the same but was falling apart and all his cards rubbed together causing damage to cards. This does not happen with these wallets. When he saw mine. He was impressed to say the least. He purchased one and could not be happier. This wallet will outlast any wallet on the market. Very small and easy to use. George has great customer service. Will answer any ?'s you may have. I think he has outdone himself. Always thinking of improvements. Thanks again Mark.!

I have one but unless you have a lot of cash to dampen it, it’s noisy.

I still haven’t found a reason to replace my STOW wallet that I bought on your recommendation several years ago: eight cards, cash, driver’s license, health ID, social security card even. My other cards I keep in a See’s Candies chocolate coffee bean can and swap them in and out of the wallet as necessary.

Seems like a big improvement. I think it looks a lot better and sleeker. The clear back is a good idea. I guess that plastic cover will get scratched quite easily

I noticed ranking wise it's gotten pretty stagnant. The Highest rated 2024 wallet is ranked 35th and we're at the end of the year. Hopefully 2025 has something that shakes things up. I like to buy a wallet every year and use it for a year then put it away from a new one just for funsies.

Great video! I have greatly enjoyed my Willow Craft Goods Swallow Wallet and suspect this new Knocks Wallet design is going to be a 'must have' as well. However, I do have a question as to cash management in the larger Knocks wallet. It appeared in the video that you were inserting the once folded bills in the center card slot. Do the once folded bills fit easily in the back slot where the rivets might be a concern for damaging cards, while storing one's folding money in the slot with the rivets would eliminate the concern over wear and tear on cards?

I just went to Tom Bihns site to order another Niks wallet and they have STOPPED making them!! Of course my luck. I found my favorite minimalist wallet and they discontinue it. Really sucks!

I had to replace my old Bellroy Card Pocket that was probably 10 years old due to the zipper eventually not closing anymore properly. My perfectly weathered old one looks about a billion times better than the one I replaced it with, also a Bellroy Card Pocket. Maybe it's all down to my old one having seen 10 years of wear and tear, but it's clear that the design has changed and not for the better. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bought it. This one on the video looks a bit like the new one that I have, it might be the exact same wallet. My old one was a single piece leather whereas these are two pieces sown together. Looks worse, feels worse... I can live with it, but I do miss my old perfect little wallet.

If you look at anybody's cards that has a ridge wallet they all look completely obliterated from being scratched against each other

Great product. Been using mine replacing 6 months now and I LOVE it. Shares to your body/pocket and it ages like a dream. I have 9 cards, 3 of which embossed and still has a bit room for a receipt or some cash. I had a lot of wallets and this by far is my favourite one. Great product, great value for money considering it hand made

Just carry a grown man's, fat wallet. People who use these as their daily wallet need to carry a man-purse. You become both child and lady when you go that way. For a longer hiking or biking trip, I can see the benefit of something barebones.
