I have made cold process soap but now have an order for soap that is needed in a month, so cold process wasn't an option...and I didn't want to use melt and pour due to packaging.

You really want to make good soap. Blend up a coconut and use the pumice!

It doesn't matter, what you add to your soap. Because you use cold method of soapmaking. NaOH is eating all avocado and yogurt, that you add . It is a chemical reaction.
