You can get the garage floor looking brand new but it takes an insane amount of scrubbing and multiple applications of cleaning products in a particular order. The layer of stains will literally peel up and you'll have to sweep it into a pan immediately or it will stick back to the floor

If you print out black stripes on white paper, spray mount to some cardboard, you get the safe effect as that LED light.

In the UK, Turtle wax website normally does a 2 for 1 offer on the flex wax(ceramic/graphene) so got 2 extra after my initial purchase of one spray bottle. Watched a few videos on application, so complete decon, polish with Gtech P1, then applied the base goat using a microfiber block with the spray added to the block, spread it in lines and then went over it again, allowed it to mist and a light spray of distilled water on a soft Eurow cloth and buffed off, awesome shine and beading!! I do a wash every month or 6 weeks and when i use an open ended hose to push water off, i then spray 2 sprays on a panel and dry off with a plush drying towel . Always looks a deep shine on the paint. Overall i think its excellent to use and the finish is superb, water beads run off quickly when moving, longevity seems very good as i have just washed car after a 2 month lay off due to car not being used as much as i normally do due to a bout of Vertigo, car cane up mint and water beading still good and also sheeting good.

Another PDR tech here, here's some advice for those people that are watching this video. Don't be a fool for people telling how to fix things cheap or free or on your own that clearly take a lot of practice, time and skill. There is a reason why people charge good money to do these jobs. it's because it takes years of learning, time, patients and practise to be even any good at it let alone a master. The people in these videos, 90% of the time or more they are wrong, giving false information, misguiding and misdirecting you. All In the name of getting paid for themselves. They don't care about you, they just want the interaction. And I'm almost certain that if you follow their advice that they've given and it goes wrong that legally they can be prosecuted depending on the country you're in, you might the entitled to compensation. PDR is a skill and art and it takes years to learn, never attempt to do it yourself because if you touch it and bring it to a technician we're going to charge you more, period! You will have changed the way the metal flows making things a lot harder for us and potentially making the damage unrepairable.

Right, and pay $1,200 for a job that's worth $300.
@valliwulf
@valliwulf 21 күн бұрын
@karkule5919 while I agree that quite a few American companies a charging insane amounts of money. In Australia we can never get that money. Now let me ask you what makes you think a $300 job is the cost and not 1200? The technician had to have years of training which does not come cheap, the tools are all bloody expensive, like you have no idea. It's only in the last 2 years that this whole cheap Chinese tool knock-off thing has made it an option for people to buy cheap crap. In most cases the technician comes to your house, does the job with his years of training and the expensive tools, also had to learn how to remove and repair and replace parts on cars. Have anything that goes wrong he has to pay the insurance or pay for the thing to be replaced, so why would he do the job for $300 if it goes wrong to spend another 1200 dollars having to replace the thing that went wrong or because you weren't happy. also for $300 if you buy the products and equipment to do the job and in the end you have not done the job properly to what you think is a good standard, but someone else looks at it and says that's s*** mate! what are you going to do then you just made it more expensive for yourself to have it repaired by somebody who knows what they're doing, to make it right. There are a lot of people out there with no talent who think they do. People like you you go to the mechanic and say oh no man that's too expensive I want you to do it for this much money. Every single week I do two jobs where someone's had a crack at it themselves and fuk'd it up. When it comes to KZbin videos and learning how to do things many many many of those videos are wrong. There's only one roof lining video on the internet that is correct and what to do and how to do it and even then it is still slightly wrong. There is no correct PDR video on KZbin because they don't want them they're. If you see one it is a short description of something not the whole picture and on top of that without training, the video is useless. Would you spend many many hours fixing something as a paid employee for $300 when you could actually have real money for it. I want you to go and tell your employer that you'll work for 1/3 of your wage every single week.

@@valliwulf This industry is not regulated so crooked shops as well as mobile technicians can overcharge you whatever they want to. And this guy did a fair job except he didn't have all the right tools he needed. So take that professional talk and training, experience and the whole nine yards and sell it somewhere else. Just look at the job before he started and tell me that's worth more than a couple hundred dollars.

@karkule5919 I'll tell you what if you think he did such a good job you pay him to do the job on your car and when you are pissed off about it then contact the professional and be like yeah dude I was wrong I can tell you now what that guy did is gonna be ugly and s*** house also those high spots that you put in it with the little sharp rods that would require respiring the panel because he's cracked the paint trust me you don't know what you're talking about your casting aspersions sit down read a book learn something

@@valliwulf FIRST, of all I didn’t say he did “such a good job” I said he did “a fair job”, it’s right there in the comments. SECOND, only a fool would take their car to someone who is not a professional. THIRD, if you have other professionals (right here in the comments) who are giving this guy advice on how to get better, who are you to be criticizing people for doing their simple DIY project at home. FOURTH, what some people think is good value others may see it as excessively priced. I doubt if you got any of this.

Hey I really enjoyed ur video! I just have a question which is the Dinan intake resonator delete, alot of youtubers just film the sexy clean metal piece but is it true the stock intake resonator is actually just as hollow? Saw on forums where ppl say its a dumb install other than it looking good. Because the stock one it replaces might look clunky and complicated on the outside but inside its also straight-through and hollow too 😅😂

It seems like the glue adheres well to paint but poorly to the tabs. The tabs appear to be more problematic than the glue sticks. Perhaps cleaning the tabs might help.

You can’t tell. It looks good. I’ve done a couple of cars. Came out good. Using the rods was harder for me also.

YOOO what's that spray you used for the trim? Additionally, love the build... Super jealous of that front end, the LCI 2 is gorgeous. IMO I would have spent a couple hundred more for a bootmod3 or a DINAN Stage 1 tune, but that JB4 still hauls. I run about 19 psi of boost at peak w/ the bm3 Stage 2 but I also run a few more mods and a full Scorpion Challenge exhaust.

Seriously, thanks for posting this video! When any craftsman is good at what they do, they tend to make it look too easy. So I really liked seeing the results you were able to get with minimal equipment. I'd also like to give a shout out to the pros that gave advice in the comments. I live in the area western NC that was damaged by the recent storm. Lots of cars and trucks are damaged. Including my vehicles. I'm going to give this a try.
