Over 30 years ago I tried this with a 1978 Mazda 929 Coupè. I got it in reverse at 70 km/h dumped the clutch at max revs. Biggest burnout I've ever done. Absolutely nothing happened to it. I did my best to destroy it, but I couldn't. Good quality at that time.

tip for anyone in a pinch: if you're about to run out of fuel miles from a gas station and you have a bottle of alcohol laying around in your car, turn the vehicle off and dump it in. It will mix with the little bit of gas you have left and work better. make sure its somewhere around 40-50%
