As much as they charge for these tools. And batteries. They should give a free part to replace one with a faulty design. I'm sure most companies wouldn't. So I do give them some credit. But not too much. They did the right thing once. And it's not gonna cost them anything. Except maybe a small bit of profit

People who are saying she is saying it wrong don’t get the point. I believe it’s about, is the K pronounced or not, like in „knife“. So pronouncing the K in Knipex is correct, they just saying it with an American accent, which is okay. In German, all letters are usually pronounced, like the E in „Porsche“.

That receipt requirement is what ruins milwaukee for me. I try keeping my receipts but man after a couple years the ink fades away. Im having a lot of weird issues with my last batch of milwaukees i got last summer. After not using the trigger for like 30 seconds it doesnt work and i have to take the battery off press the trigger a bunch and press the battery level button several times then put battery back on. It only works about half the time. I have to keep 2 batteries in my lap or tool belt to swap back n forth to be able to keep working. But my old milwaukees from 10 to 15 years ago still work just fine. Basically milwaukee is done impressing us they locked us in and now they make their tools only last so long so we have to buy a new one every other season. They need to be exchangeable like snapon. I can pick up an old broken wrench from the 80s bring it to the truck and walk out 15 seconds later with their newest version or equivalent. Sht even craftsman has easy exchange on their lifetime warranty. Wish there was an easy way to register them and not have to worry about the paper receipt that shouldnt matter in a lifetime warranty situation.
