Just need your receipt like you don’t have what you need from the serial number alone. What a joke

That’s cool but I talked to the same guy at SEMA about how the gears in there cordless ratchets always strip out within only a few months and he said I can warranty it but that’s just the lifespan of the tool. Pretty useless if you ask me. No point having a tool that only lasts 3 months. The gears are literally stripping during to the motors torque. Seems like an inadequate design or part quality.

Great job Jamie! Do you know if this kit would work on non-M SMG transmissions? I have a 04 Z4 that I would like to this project on.

As technology of belts improved over the years the longevity increased , in the 90's regular cars had 60k mile timing belt intervals and sometimes they didnt even last that long , then came the 105k intervals and the belts still look new . No manufacture ever updated the older car intervals as far as i know . Im sure if you contacted the engineers at the belt company you would find out the actual interval

This is why nobody wants Mercedes and cars like that any longer they're just pieces of junk. Remember back in the early '90s or late '80s when Mercedes would tell their engineers you build the best car you can build and we're worry about what it costs, And that's what they did those cars would go 3--400,000 mi before they even thought about breaking down But that car was very expensive. Now Mercedes makes a car that if it goes 10,000 mi without something major happening to it you'll lucky their cars are the biggest piece of crap you can purchase.
