Mafia seulement ki ka possedé $450.000 US dollars condo. This is too confined for a condo. No personal grass yard living area with back & front exits. Is the HOA, electric and H20 included in the price?. These folks don’t really know how to do business. It’s a get rich QUICK and to hell with everything else. My people need to travel to USA, FRANCE etc…. To see how Real estate works. This HERE is CRAZY.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am an American citizen. I would like to buy land in the Port de Paix area, but it seems too risky.

Mr. SeeJeanty and other Haitian brothers, you need to understand that with so much ignorance, violence, ego, lack of listening and thinking, and so much Hate, your country will never get anywhere. Please don't just throw "urban legends" out there without proper research, so PLEASE SHOW PROOF of the 11 canals DR has built that are "actually taking water from the river ALONG THE BORDER" other than the tiny La Vigia canal (built in the 1950's but never used to avoid breaking the 1929 agreement) which is just being used in response to your monstrous canal. Btw, you should probably due a remake of this video but now talking about the natural mess (and future messes) that your project just caused to your country. A mess that could have been avoided had your people TRULY LISTENED to the complain and suggesttions from the DR side and the possible damages to the environment.

Horrific pronunciations and a rushed over history, but credit has to be given for your attempt to put this on youtube. Haitian history for too long has been ignored. But people should read books to get full details. You've done your best given the time allotment.
