I am confused in the part 3 example, few newcomers should be almost no newcomer, it indicates negative, while in paragraph A “immigrants to Canada are often “ should indicate all immigrants, and it is positive, therefore they are not exactly the same meaning. Can anyone tell the difference?

I promised myself that I was going to leave a comment if all things went well for me. My overall band was 11 (I am still in shock by the way) Writing 11, Speaking 11, Listening 10, Reading 10. All thanks to these preparation videos and some practice videos on KZbin. I also had less time to practice due to my multiple jobs. I studied rigorously for about a week or less before the exam. I do not advise this as I was under a lot of pressure. I am also from Nigeria by the way and I wrote my exam in Lagos, Nigeria. Good luck to everyone prepping for their exam.
