thanks for the video. just joined the associates program. created this new channel and started posting the reviews here. I have a new instagram account as well that I'm slowly posting the videos to as well. obviously, just made the account a few days ago so I don't have any followers or engagement. Just a handful of clicks (according to the associates page). I guess I just keep doing this? After watching your video--it feels like the best way to significantly increase your commissions is to go the full on influencer route. Do you have any specific videos on doing ONLY the associate program?

Its a scam. Trying to gey the last survey for a lousy 5 bucks was ridiculous. I must of got screened out 20 times for no reason. I was honest and taking my time. Fuck that. Plus they basically get a free survey cuz they screen u out when ur almost done. BS.

Hi, I became a loan signing agent last year with NNA. I didn’t realize that you have to renew each year with them. Is that a necessity in getting loan signings? I’m in NJ and get loan signing requests weekly or bi-weekly and wouldn’t want that to stop. Thx for the in-depth info you always provide.

For loan signing- can you charge the title company instead of the client and how much do they charge? Would it be like a custom?

@@platanok yes but not through the platform. The title company will pay you separately usually net 15-60 depending on the company. You would just select to bill the client off platform meaning you would pay your notary fees after the transaction that’s it and get paid later from the title company

Too bad Blue Notary’s open calls never really happen. It’s so hard to get a call because of how saturated the market is and even Blue Notary did a video on KZbin confirming that it unlikely to get a call because of the demand. Thank you for such an informative video!

Yea I think she (the BN representative) was interviewed by Mark Willis. It may be easier to find it that way. The only time I’ve heard anyone be successful is with extremely fast WiFi and a whole a lot of luck. 😂

I did a pop up for most of the xmas season this year at a slow mall with low pricing and still made a $300 profit! I’m definitely going to focus on getting this going year round in 2025. Thank u for pricing suggestions, and yes toys are a nightmare for speed wrapping lol

Thank you for your help, great information. I've been a notary for almost a year and just getting into Ron. 25 year history in the mortgage industry has really helped me with the Loan Signing Agent side. I'm currently looking into my total costs for traveling outside of my city for loan signings so I know where to focus most of my attention. You're amazing!
