I have tried everything and feel mine is chronic shoulder impingement with crunching and tightness in right scapula. Been doing physical therapy but has not helped. Have had this five years.

I have pins and needles in my tongue and area of solar plexus, underneath the diaphragm. It has been 20 years after ovarian surgery and i cant handle this pain for 20 years. Here is my suggestion, try tens machine along with cold therapy . And no masterbation and sex for atleast 20 days. You will feel gradually its working day by day. Repeat the machine and cold therapy twice a day.

Hi Jim, Can i just say you have totally hit the nail on the head. I honestly thought you were talking to only to 'me'. I have been suffering for over 15 years with chronic lower back pain. No treatments have worked and no one seems bothered! More prescribed drugs and rehab program not having an affect. The pain now radiates down my right leg into my groin. It is totally crippling and i need my body to reset. I often visualise which nerves need to be unlocked and wondered if it was ever possible. Now i know the answer and it wasn't all in my head as i had been told on many occasions. The question is i am in London so what would you recommend my next steps should be?

I been having this pain for about 9 years now, chiro adjustment gives me a temporary relief, you gotta be really mindful throughout the day. stop lifting weights , not even light weights. stretch gently , use the roller, lacross ball, meditate if you have to before bed. avoid chest, back and trap workouts , just do legs , strenghtn your core , get obbsessed!!! and for biceps and triceps keep it really light, my whole alignment is off, my hips my neck everything, but i go to war with my self everyday, iSometimes, I feel like giving up, but deep down, I know that if I stay on the right track and keep a positive mindset, this will pass. It gets tough because, as a real estate agent, I'm always on the computer, and I find it really hard to call people and express myself when I'm in pain. Every time I breathe, I hear this clicking noise. I can't breathe properly, and when my rib pain gets really bad, I have to breathe through my mouth. There are days when I don't even feel like getting out of bed. It’s depressing-I can’t even hold a milk carton sometimes. But you know what? Life goes on. No one cares about your problems; no one is coming to save you. So stop talking about it and just push through. That’s all I’ve got to say. Be mindful and aware. Stop drinking and doing drugs. Get your life together. Take your supplements, drink your protein shakes, and handle your business.

Been on a journey for over 2 and half years , everyday stretching . Grew up racing moto and its shredded my hips and tendons etc...100% needed hip replacement and I started testosterone therapy and figured , while I'm on it ? I may as well use it to my benefit from the healing properties test gives ya. I'm literally just now getting to where I have no pain but its been nothing short of a rehabilitation that I wasn't ready for. I didn't sleep a full night without waking up 8 to 10 times a night for probably a full year. But now, with patience and persistence? I'm pain free and now in the process of getting to do knees over toes exercises and squats. Stick with it boys , it's worth it in the long run. I told myself this wasn't a race it was something I was gonna do everyday and now I'm here. Live strong , stay strong my friends

I have had this problem with my side and feet after falling 50 feet off a bike😢 only thing that helped was medical THC therapy every time I wake up I would recommend deathstar strain but it also can cause this being to harsh 😢

At last I’ve had this couple years so lying flat on your back I can lift my knees & bend them but lying them open is only 45 degrees & that’s it. It feels ‘locked’ with some discomfort. Feel like pushing them down to just open! God dammit! Hope you can provide some hope & advice. Thank you

I got that on left front lower.. not that troublesome so long as doesnt get worse.. if I knew 100% it wasnt a worse health problem.. and it didnt get worse I'd be happy to ignore and live with it.. its just tenderness.. but feels like I've had an impact on the ribs and it just never goes away. Interestingly this happened during covid time.. first started.. flairs up with exercises in other parts of the ribs.. assuming its same thing.. but those areas heal again, but this area never does.
