The song was written by Bill Medley of the righteous Brothers in the 60s early 60s. This is an excellent cover.❤

great. truly. devil blue dress blew the Beatles and the Stones off the charts. one of those rare, ageless, pioneering rock n roll Soul (probably accidentally) Punk titans.

Well played, but completely generic. No melody, no feeling, just a template for bands like...bands that never really made it. RIP, Wayne Kramer.

Badass Detroit Rock n Roll. Mitch and Jimmy Classic!

What a beautiful, textbook example of how to build and execute a great guitar solo. Wow. Never heard Jim play that type of tasteful and melodic clean stuff before, like in the first half here --- so original but still appropriate for blues...then, classic aggressive tone McCarty, with such relaxed, thoughtful command of feeling and dynamics. Absolutely top shelf! Thanks for posting it.

Rocked out to Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels at the Bunny Hop in Madison, Wisconsin, back in '66 or '67 when I was at the University of Wisconsin. My girl friend Sally and I loved to dance. The Bunny Hop was electric that night!
