Best explanation on planet 🥰🥰 I confused for long time that why compression can addd punch and low end because the sound is compressed, volume should be lower than uncompressed signal Finally, we add gain to compensate the compression, you rock on🤘🤘.

There's a couple of packs from the video that don't work (like trends 2021 by function loops) but if you go to each of those websites and just go to their free packs list you will literally spend hours downloading more free packs then you'll ever need. I think I got over 30 GB of packs already and im still downloading!!!!

One thing not addressed is the response. I found a lot of free versions to have low sample sizes, so their response can range from passable to downright awful. The feel of the piano and response of the keys is equally important to the sound, and thats where a lot of freebies fall down. However, they are still worth checking out as its all down to personal taste.

You know you got me thinking we could use that blur tool to maybe say blur an entire concerto from Bach or Vivaldi and then start building on top of that sort of like a awesome mech suit or something

It's such a shame this channel is inactive. Informative, not too deep to scare the beginners, not shallow, like many others. Very-very structured infromation, wich is rarity tbh. It's perfect for anyone who rolling in in beatmaking, and, yeah - music in general. I hope you will be able to contunue at some point, or rekindle your interest in KZbin if you abandoned channel voluntarily :)

I prefere to not click on the star in the plugin manager, insted spend some time and go to yout browser to plugin tab, find installed folder, load your searched plugins to a track or a mixer channel than open that plugin and click in the top left down arrow icon and chose "Add to plugin database (and mark as favorite) it will add this plugin to the list but also make an thumbnail. Then when you want add this plugin stop using left mouse button, insted use a right one(on plugin slots and + icon in channel rack) or just middle mouse button(scroll), it will open the plugin picker when you can see your plugins with their thumbnails or even just type in the name and it will automaticaly higlight your plugin without finding it manualy on the list. Also dragging your plugin directly to a Track on the Playlist or any sample from browser while holding "alt" key will automaticaly assign your vst/sample to free mixer track and open the rename window. It'll speed up your workflow with this DAW.

Quick tip for that annoying "stuck fader automation" problem, delete the automation clip then right click the fader knob in the mixer and select "delete initial value" and that should get rid of that issue.

I really hate signing up for anything any more... Long annoying process just to use it once. Honestly cakewalk could be so great... If they did 3 simple things, Piano, Acoustic guitar, Electric guitar... No way this is accident, What are the excuses? Don't get me wrong I am willing to pay a little, But the music industry is garbage, so many about money are destroying the capability for great things to be made. When you see the insane prices of things, I thought the video game industry was corrupt.
