I prefere to not click on the star in the plugin manager, insted spend some time and go to yout browser to plugin tab, find installed folder, load your searched plugins to a track or a mixer channel than open that plugin and click in the top left down arrow icon and chose "Add to plugin database (and mark as favorite) it will add this plugin to the list but also make an thumbnail. Then when you want add this plugin stop using left mouse button, insted use a right one(on plugin slots and + icon in channel rack) or just middle mouse button(scroll), it will open the plugin picker when you can see your plugins with their thumbnails or even just type in the name and it will automaticaly higlight your plugin without finding it manualy on the list. Also dragging your plugin directly to a Track on the Playlist or any sample from browser while holding "alt" key will automaticaly assign your vst/sample to free mixer track and open the rename window. It'll speed up your workflow with this DAW.

bro i jus found out but you got to uncrompress your fules by finding them in there folder

then right clicking press extract all then browse click you folder for you plug ins then once its extracted itll show up in FL studio now after you uncompressed the file the old file with the zipler you could delete hope thise helps
