How to do belly breathing: 🫁 Inhale through your nose for three counts and expand your belly. 😮💨 Exhale through your mouth for three counts and relax your belly. 🔁 Repeat for as many cycles as you need.

Oooh I love this! I jog outdoors from spring to fall but now it’s so cold fingers are freezing off even if I wear gloves. I never liked running indoors at the gym because being in a gym with people around to constantly “wake me up” from my zen/meditative state is annoying ah. But I will definitely try this next time at the gym :D Might even make it an every-two-days routine!

It's a good idea and implemented nicely - my keeping it depends on whether the company communicates whether they will add more AR yoga/pilates workouts. currently there are only 6 yoga and 9 pilates i think. far too few to justify owing this product. also why do we not have the option to remove the 2d background behind the AR instructors, horribly distracting.

I am experiencing slow internet speeds, and streaming often fails with repeated errors. Please add a feature that allows downloading the content for offline playback. Also, I would like to request a mode where the background can be hidden.
