Add a layer of caramel, you get a Mars Bar....could toss on some almonds, or macadamia, or cashews.... *ding* I got a plan! START THE A-TEAM THEME!

My grandmothers fudge was more of a surgar type not the smooth creamy kind.

So interesting to see kumara (sweet potato to you non Kiwi's) done as a sweet pudding. I've always been around savory dishes with kumara. I didnt come across sweet kumara dishes until i got to know American/Canadian and South East Asian flatmates (ate some lovely sweets with kumara from Asian flatmates and these dessert style foods from North America). Also experienced sweets and pudding with avocado from Asian flatmates too, wheras again had only experienced savory salads and the like. Curious who else here got savory or sweet kumara dishes growing up

I seen a tip a few yrs ago on how to melt chocolate. I was a life saver because in microwave it always ceased up. Heat a pan of water to light boil remove from heat sat bowl of chocolate chips on top of water pan and stir till melted. Hasn’t failed me yet. Love your videos

One tip about cutting candy, use a clean oven rack and press down into candy. It gives you guide lines to make the candy more uniform in size.

My son and I made your Rocky Road fudge tonight, wow, it’s so delicious! This was my first time making fudge and it couldn’t have been more simple. Thank you for all your videos and recipes 💛 Love watching you guys!

We are frozen cool whip in cones and thought it was a real treat. One thing I do that will help when using paper is turn your pan over and fold down the paper, and make sharp creases. Then turn back over and put down your paper. Also, put a small drop of candy to hold it in place. Put some butter in your chocolate when making fudge like candy.

I love watching your video's, the only downside is I get cravings for chocolate😐. I am definitely a choclaholic 🤣. For the thumbnail you could have leaned the mint chip bag on the plate in the front of it.

If people can't handle you licking your finger and serving your family, washed hands or not, should really watch what people do in restaurants. They would be horrified. Or even food producing companies. I just ended a 32 year career for that very reason!. Bur at home... come on. No harm done. At least you didn't scratch your privates!

double boil maybe works better. idk. I would only use fresh soft marshmallows. But it's a cute idea . I love it ! I wonder if candied cherries would work instead of dots

Can you melt the white chocolate separate and then use marshmallow fluff?
😊 Before You Pull It in the pan put down after you spray it put down wax paper and it comes out easier when the fudges set up also Cuts better been making this fudge a long long time

If you wet your baking dish before you put your parchment paper in--it should stick better and not move around so much.
