"A few days ago, I pulled an all-nighter studying for my Quantitative Techniques (QT) exam for the first trimester of my PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) 📚🫡. The grind was real, but the next morning, I was so knocked out 💤 that I overslept and COMPLETELY missed the final exam 🫠🤯. Now, I gotta pay a penalty in the second trimester 💸 just to retake it. Lesson learned: sleep > stress 😂🛌."

it doesn’t matter, we all know that hades is just gonna forcibly drag you back into the underworld as soon as you leave; he has had quite enough of you cheating death.
The video is a pure propaganda without any scientific or logical confirmation

recap : flash cards to actively learn mix the concepts and subjects by cross-revisions to force my brain to extract information again and again instead of learning everything in the same day divide the work into several days spaced by nights for short-term memory in the hippocampus to transition to long-term memory in the neocortex + apply J method personal : Feynman's learning technique which consists of explaining the lesson to a child (or another person or a stuffed animal) “I can absorb all the information. I am a sponge” mentality

I think it is a myth that sons were more values then daughters to a king .. a king really only needs a son to carry his name and continue to keep the crown in the family. But daughters were a valuable piece of currency..a king can use their daughters to make peace, gain alliances or spy on or help fight from within a rival kingdom by marrying their daughter to that king. A son they would want to keep close to eventually take their father's crown. Kings could gain a lot more with their daughters. So I think a king would want at least 2 sons and as many daughters as they can have
