I think it took him about 2 years to be able to walk for a short distance. It’s taken him 3 years to move out of his wheelchair and into a walker full time. Anything I can do to help?

Your video has great information but your voice is too soft. I would recommend breathing exercises to help your voice box. I could barely hear what you were saying.

It can be uncomfortable at full range of motion for some muscles. But it’s very necessary for individuals with Cerebral Palsy to stretch regularly to maintain functional mobility.

Dane - very nicely done! I am very sorry to hear about Marty passing. I always thought he was always a powerful force in the gym that positively affected everyone around him, and as you point out, without ever saying a word.
