Full Adaptive Core workout with NMO + Commentary

Adaptive Exercise session with a client living with Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO)
This disability leaves her paralyzed from the chest down, rendering her wheelchair bound. Our Adaptive Exercise session is focused on core stability with an emphasis on progressions through a seated exercise ball setup. This client has a high level of experience performing Adaptive Exercise sessions and can speak to each of the movements in a detail-oriented fashion.
We were able to record the commentary between Client & Trainer so viewers can understand the conversations behind the exercises and how we work on stability/confidence then add progressive increases and adaptations to the movement patterns.
