Variations of Adapted Banded Hip Extensions - Post-Stem Cell Session

Two variations of Adapted Banded Hip Extensions with ‪@WheelchairDNA‬ . This sessions was aimed to balance the stimulation provided by the Xcite2 system with a dynamic level of assistance with visual cues.
These are fantastic movements for individuals with varying level of hip and lower body function. The band provide a varying level of assistance of which can be felt by the individual. This is the second progression of this exercise. We started with a very stiff band and progressively worked to less band assistance.
Please we aware of skin and pressure concerns - note the blue pad under the knees of this client to ensure pressure reduction.
