Hi ! For the shoes that have slippery bottoms. Take rough sand paper and scuff the bottoms.... Or you can go outside and scuff them on the cement sidewalk or drive way.... have a good day !

I’ve thought about switching to mochi because they lowered their prices recently and It could save me a little bit more, I just refilled my tirzepatide for two more months ahead with Orderly Meds. That’s cool that she was also able to prescribe Zophran too. I agree the name “Mochi” seems kind of not professional for a medical place doesn’t it? Wow I can’t believe that first place charged $129 for the medication and another for monthly dr visit and didn’t list that on their website! The photos you shared I for sure would have assumed it was $199 total, period. Excited for you to continue on your weight-loss journey! Oh I definitely might have to switch just finished watching-The b12 is why it’s red. Yep you are correct on the formula, some are more concentrated. I definitely wanted to try something with b12 because my energy is down a lot

I’m on mounjaro and I’m now at 12.5 mg although I hope to go to 15 mg in two weeks, I live in England. I have days where I don’t want to eat anything because I feel full and nauseous and then I have days where I feel completely fine. I’m glad to see my symptoms aren’t unique. I’m going to see if I can get some anti-nausea medication because right now, I’ve been making sure I have a bag of mints in my handbag just to pop in my mouth when the nausea hits. The smell of frying food is repulsive and has been for months.

The anti nausea medication was so helpful for me. I wouldn't be able to imagine being on such a high dose without it! You're tougher than I am. 😊

@garethgarciaa Thank you and interesting question! Well, I don't have a strong opinion on them. When I was younger, they were worn more so, and now I don't see people wearing them. I don't because for me, they're uncomfortable and I think they're seen as outdated. Although I'm guessing it depends on the type and style.😃

I have been watching videos about Mounjaro for a while before I started it so I knew that I need to change my diet and implement other changes like exercising more for it to be as effective as it possibly could. People are saying that you will feel sick if you overeat while taking it so maybe that’s the reason you are not feeling great on it …

When I was taking it; I definitely wasn't over eating. Most days I had to get myself to eat or remind myself. I wish it was just over eating then at least I would have been able to control it some.

There is no .5 in Mounjaro. It starts at 2.5 then 5 then 7.5 then 10 then 12.5 then 15 which right now is the highest.

Yea literally my whole life until I first had weightloss surgery and then starting zepbound/tirzepatide I never felt full like how I do now. I would eat until I was in pain and do that over and over, and always thinking about food even when I was eating. Yea DO NOT go through those random texts or emails though, most are fake and scary. If your insurance won’t cover it then you can go the legit compound route. These are just a few who use legit compound pharmacies: mochi, orderly, emerge. I use orderly for my compound and also use the name brand. I have my injection/weightloss log listed on my last video so you can check it out it shows what I lost each week and what I injected. Orderly is $249mo for semaglutide and $399mo for tirzepatide and no membership fee. You literally just sign up, have to take a selfie every so often and it’s just text appts with the dr. And then they mail it right to you. Mine usually comes from red rock pharmacy but they work with a few others like Hallendale and Anazao as well. Haha😅 I THINK I’m 41 lol I feel that confusion I stopped counting after 21. You could totally still have kids or adopt if that’s something you both would want to do 🥰 I’m 38 and want to try through IVF this coming year. Wedding: well from the videos you’ve shared so far Id day you guys should have a big camp style wedding ❤ you could also get married alone with the girls before hand and then have the celebration with everyone afterwards. That’s what we did. Have potluck good food, yard games set out and just have fun!

I liked that you showed the arm injection. I did thigh the first/only time. The shot stung and I removed it so fast I have no idea if the second click sounded 😂. Love the dog. You have a beautiful place there, great horse barn & wildlife ❤

@@mindyinoregon3927 Yes! please do! You will feel so much better then you will on that very EXPENSIVE medicine with terrible side effects. What made me stick to keto and fasting, with very minimal process foods, was how good it made me feel! Also, what those large corporations are doing to us!. Feeding us bad food and giving us medicine to combat the results of eating it while getting rich because of it. There are people with degrees working for those companies making that food to make it as addicting as possible so we keep eating it. Its not our fault we crave it, they make it that way! I said to myself im not going to let them do it to me if I can help it!.. I was never really overweight, but my A1c went to 5.4 prediabetes range and my triglycerides were 190 in the high range. I was perplexed cause i really never ate to many sweets and didn't eat that much fast food. I told myself i was going to try to figure out what was going on cause It didn't make any sense to me and was tired of getting bum scoop from doctors. I found Dr. Eckberg on KZbin and learned what caused insulin resistance and about insulin etc.etc. I then went to keto, eating no processed foods, and intermittent fasting and all my numbers are within normal range now and I feel great!. I wish I had learned this at a younger age, like your age, cause I feel so much better now then I did then and Im 61.

😅😂I’m sorry your face during the arm injection 🤣 literally the same exact thing for me every time I inject in my arm, my kids love to watch me and sit there laughing while I work myself up to it every time lol so flippin funny. The last one hurt so bad, for some reason mine always welts up immediately in my arm every time. Sorry you feel bad, do you think you are getting enough calories? Always a problem for me but if I don’t I am useless. On another note-exlax and magnesium may also jeopardize your job so be careful! lol

We have such similar journeys! I started Mounjaro in December of 2023 and did my last injection last week at 5mg. Im grateful I was able to lose 34 lbs on it but I, like you suffer from side effects that affect my job and life. I lucky got Mounjaro for free for the last 6 months but that ends this month. I decided not to take my last month's supply and my first 7.5 ml box. I gave it to a friend that was on that dose. Last week, after my last shot I got so ill. 🤢 I will sick for 5 days with either a stomach bug or side effects. I truly believe it was the shot though. I have 11 lbs until I reach my goal weight so I plan on working out and cutting back! I'm hoping for the best! I'm probably going to try phentermine next! Keep us posted on your journey! It can go either way. I'm no expert, so I had to put that out there, lol. As the days go by, in my experience, it gets better throughout the week. It can always be worse, and it can always be better. What I did was try to manage the worst symptoms with other medications (having anti nausea meds with me at all times) and by taking my injection on a certain day of the week. As you continue on, you'll notice how it affects you and primarily when it's the worst, and then you can plan for it. If it wasn't for the bad side effects, I'd want to keep using Mounjaro for at least another 6 months. I hope this helped.

As if now on 5mg 1st week after 2.5 for 4w But before my shots I take a b12 injection. 30 min later. A protein drink.. 10 min to 20..I drink liquid iv for hydration..this I'd key..a lot of water!!! Then I take the injections...before this routine..I had the heeving like I was going to throw up..sharp pains..watching tons of side effects vids..the common denominator was people were not drinking enough water..and not enough protein..hope this helps

Nice video! I’ve been on Mounjaro for 2 1/2 months my starting weight was 203 now 177, I’m 5’6. My blood work just keeps getting better. I’m thrilled so far. My goal weight is 140, I would love to weigh 130 but I don’t want to push it! Can you please tell me what your starting weight was and how tall are you? Good luck on your weight loss journey! ✌

Just cam across your video, yes the medication is design to hold the food in your stomach longer, to keep you full longer. I was on Tirzepatide 2.5mg for 7weeks, this past Thursday was my 8th week so I decided to titrate up to 5mg. OMG that Friday around 2:00pm I realized I had only eaten 712 calories and I usually try to eat at least 1,000 but I wasn't hungry so at 5pm still wasn't hungry but I said I better eat a little more, so I ate 155 more calories, I eat healthy no fried, or greasy food, but about 3 hours later I got so so sick I had bad upper stomach pain, loud smelly sulfur burps, nausea I was in so much pain about a hour and a half afterwards I started having diarrhea non stop and started getting very dizzy, I was so afraid because I was babysitting my 7 month old great grandbaby. Saturday morning still not feeling well, so I ate extremely small and light by 2:30 I logged in my calories and it was only 447 calories I said I may eat some watermelon around 4 or 5pm well that didn't happen because wow I started getting sick with everything all over again 😢I thought for sure I would have to go to the ER. Sunday morning feeling ok but not totally back to normal so I decided not to eat anything that day, that evening I felt getting better so I had a cup of coffee at 5pm Praise God I was ok. Monday I only had soup broth and Tuesday I was back to myself but still ate light and today is Wednesday Praise God I feel great! But that 5mg did me in. I will be going back down to 2.5mg. Now I want to say this because this medication hold food in our stomach long and with some of us it may be even longer, so for me since I used to suffer with indigestion and constipation I may not ever go back to 5mg, I might try 3.5mg 🤔but the only side effect I had on 2.5mg was constipation. I titrate up because I only had loss 10 lbs in 7 weeks, and I might keep in mind my other health issues that causes my to lose weight extremely slow 🤔🤩

Oh my gosh, you had some hard core side effects, too! I'm glad you let me know that it's not just me feeling like the food sits in a person's stomach longer. I just knew it! Yeah, it's hard to eat much at all when I went up to 7.5mg. So I'm sure I lost weight because of the sheer lack of food being consumed lol as well as having the food come back up after eating.

I may have missed this part. Where did you inject? When I inject my stomach the side effects are awful. I've been on 3.5 months and just titrated up to 5 and it's been rough.

I've been injecting in all spots, trying to rotate on the areas. One week, I'll do my stomach and then the next the arm, and the next my thigh. I get awful side effects as well, no matter where I inject it, I think. I should have paid more attention to that, lol.

If you are having so many side effects, then maybe you could consider a lower dose. I've been on Mounjaro since April 2023, and I'm still on 7.5mg. I've lost 125 pounds with very few side effects. Only in the very beginning did I need some Zofran. I feel yeah with the chronic pain. Extra weight can really take a toll on your joints. I hope the exercise helps you. I know that when I began going to the gym, I started feeling amazing. It's kind of addictive! Good luck on the rest of your journey.

❤ awesome day in Oregon. You probably should have slowed down the titration. If side effects are bad stay on lower doses. Also, be very careful of what you’re eating. No fired greasy foods. Be cautious of alcohol and sugar. Yes, walking would really help. Start one step at a time. It just takes getting started. Exercise will help with the pain. Stretching too. What dose are you on Now? You’re young get moving. Feel better.❤️🩹
