My Nutrisystem Review after 2 months, 18 pounds down!

Hi I'm Mindy, welcome to my small channel!
I did nutrisystem for two months and lost 18 pounds. Unfortunately I'm not on the plan any more but wanted to put my feed back out there in hopes it'll help someone who's thinking about starting up.

QVC and HSN have the easy pay, makes it easier to afford, they also have great deals , plus you don’t have to commit to being on auto ship if you don’t want to. I start my NS tomwr, bought mine on QVC last week ,it showed up 3 days later, all frozen stuff, excited to try.. thanks for the great video !!

Totally agree about the money. I tried it in 2018 and I had to quite because of the money. I have restarted it 2024 with their club advantage. It it so much more budget friendly. I am able to afford it now.

I just have been doing breakfast, bars for lunch, making my own healthy dinners, and their snacks, it has been 3 weeks loft 6 lbs, I’m going to do another month, I need to lose 10 more, congratulations on your weight loss

@@mindyinoregon3927 after the next month, I will just get the snacks, those cookies amaze me, although they aren’t really the most delicious if I have one in early evening I’m so full, that was my worst time of day Evening munching. But the bars also keep me full all day. I will for sure cut down tho and just get cookies

You are going from Nutrisystem (the easiest weight loss program in USA) to Keto( counting carbs constantly). I tried too but it didn't work. I love love bread! Keto it's too difficult to do! Too much suffering!

I haven't taken the plunge yet to get into keto yet. It IS rough. I've been doing intermittent fasting lately and I'm feeling better. 😁

one way to reduce the cost are with a costco membership, you still can get nutrisystem e-gift cards for a savings of $20/ $100. so each month i save roughly $60. if you do keto, that can be more expensive, and my mistake, i had no clue of portion size thenm and nothing on that plan talked about portion size. I gained weight.
