Oregon Camping. We found another new spot and tried Calzones on the Blackstone!

Hi all! We found another new camp spot in the Oregon cascade range. It was a super hot day, but we had a nice quick shade and our mister fan which saved the trip. I got some beautiful shots, because we had THE BEST views!
Pizza Dough Recipe / No need to rise
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil (we used avocado oil since that’s what we had)
2 to 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
*optional: can let dough rest/rise for 10 mins to an hour with a damp tea towel covering the bowl.
Mix the warm water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Let the mixture sit for about 5 mins, until it becomes somewhat frothy/bubbly.
Once frothy- gently stir in oil.
Add 2 cups of flour and salt, mix with a spatula until a ball forms (add flour as needed)
Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough ball. (add flour as needed)
Roll out to a pizza shape you want and put your toppings on.
Bake in a 375 - 425 degree oven. Depends on your oven and what you put your pizza on to bake it.*At home I use a regular cheap metal cookie sheet that’s thin-ish.* Bake for about 10-20 mins depending on how you like your pizza and what temperature you choose.
