Yeah, in the case of the tree spawning problem I would call it fair play to reimburse the penalty from the big bank in the cloud (console cmd)

Best use of the wrong tree cut should bee to prosses it in your mill b4 ending contract cause then you get more back then you get in penalty

i believe they despawn after you collect the reward. not sure tho
