Try BO3's campaign again. Max out the cyber cores and explore each mission. There's a nice sandbox to the mission layout. Sure, the twist of the campaign is bullshit and hidden behind a rapidly scrolling text wall and a side-comic that Activision published around the same time, but despite the twist of the story, the ride ain't half bad. 100%ing it now, despite the agony of Realistic mode.
