Ok, why did the price go from $88K from the seller to $105K from ITH?? That's a huge difference! Is this why the home is still on the market? Does it, or does it not come w/o, other than ITH approval of purchase/ownership, any other charges? If so, why the increase in price of ~ $17K?

Or rather, more simply, what comes with the home?

Is this home still for sale, does it include the lat at $200.00 per month? Does all you see in the video come with the home?

How much?

way too cluttered. I would go tiny if tiny homes were allowed in my area but definitely not in a 20 ft. space. That's not much bigger than a living room in most people's homes and to pay up to $90,000 for that amount of space is ridiculous.

A bit TOO tiny and cramped for me, but I can see how this would be great for seniors who may be starting to have mobility limitations and just want everything within easy reach.

Beautiful but for sale for $105,000 So what happens when the lot gets into her name ??? Price for utilities in whole ??? Yeah, better underskirt. All those tiny homes on that property wouldn't be allowed in my county in Ga. You have to have 5 acres per tiny house.

What about all the mowing and snow shovelling. 5'9" is quite tall . This is a home I would walk in and coming out the owner. A house like lTH used to make. They certainly used 24' ft look big.

That is a more than beautiful home.

Love the doors , living room is a decent size. Like that this had a tongue box which they don't do any more. There is no counter top cooktop. I would like a stove put in anyway. I would hate to buy it for an air b@b or have one beside me.. Listening to this and others who build make you realize ITH is cutting to many things. I don't what a home I have to do half of the work..
