Super cute home - kind of steam punk meets hobbit house. It reminds me of Cindy’s Craftsman but about six feet shorter in length. I love the bathroom but wish the living room was larger, and the French doors are begging for a nice screened in deck. I wish the owner the best of luck in selling.❤️❤️

I love that more people are realizing they can be happy with less but I feel a major mistake is putting too much into a structure that will depreciate. Land should be the first priority. Property in most cases will continue to appreciate. Restrictions need to be lifted in Many states to allow individuals to live in a tiny home on their property. Please buy land first. They are not making anymore and it is your best chance at any financial security.

I don't know why this floor plan isn't a regular option, even if there is just one loft over the bathroom. (No catwalk or 2nd loft. Just build it with the new panels or the regular siding, nothing fancy on the outside like this one.) I could even see no loft and put a twin bed downstairs for a single person as an option too. This kitchen and bathroom layout is so much better, breathable, and livable. I like the small windows too. Most people like the big windows, but all the light coming in gives me headaches so this was fun to see.

$105,000 is way too much. No place to hang any clothes at all unless you buy or build racks in the smaller loft. That's an added expense. Another expense would be having stairs built outside of the double doors. Living area is really short on space so TV is on the cabinet at bottom of stairs which looks very awkward to me. I do like the layout with the L shaped kitchen and the bathroom is nice but I would have had it built to at least 26 or 28 ft. to have room in kitchen for apt. size stove and a bit larger living room. There also doesn't seem to be a place to even have a small table for 2 so this price is way too high.

You people are out of your minds to pay this much money to live in a shed. Unreal. I was for the very first RANDY original RJO all wood and I believe it was under 24,000.00 This is ridiculous. You could live the last few years of your life in a upscale mobile home park in the most expensive parks with pool, landscapes, shopping, parks security. For 88,000.00 and then 200.00 on top of that closterfobic shed. Divid that by 10 years. Or even 15 years.you pay 488.00 plus 200.00 for lot rent, taxes on 88,000.00 loan so actually more than 488.00 so say 540.00 plus 200.00 that's 740.00 then utilities and insurance on that tiny. I would seriously think about this. These are not cheap. Your better off buying small home. Or new mobile home. And if your retired and single, your not going to be moving these all over.
