I would say that more older people have been purchasing these homes, and along with that comes changes in their health and medical circumstances. This may mean that they have to live closer to their families or into a home where they can use an assistive device.

@@jeannerountree952 I'd say that you're right about that. People don't realize how quickly poor health can sneak up on you and family - I've been through it. Everybody is in good health until they aren't. I'll get slammed for saying this, but I think that everyone, but especially older folks, should think carefully before making a $15,000 or #30,000 key payment, as you may not be around to amortize it.

Its really not odd when seniors are deciding that they are no longer able to move around in and out of the tiny home or some of the seniors had a smaller home waiting for the mountain to be ready and waiting for a larger home to be built.

This is a LOVELY tiny It's too bad they don't offer more like this fully completed. It's not just cooks that want large fridges, but those who doing all types of juicing, smoothies, complex salads etc. This should become like a 'LuAnn' where this is probably, to me, one of the best homes I've ever seen.

The LuAnne is by far my favorite floor plan, and this is the most similar with the great room layout. But I would prefer to have more wall space to place living room furniture and only one door. The large room before the actual bathroom could have many uses, but I might prefer to move the doors back and have a larger great room feel. I watched the video where the original owner explained all the things he did in the home, and it sold for $87,000 two years ago (lot included), so this is an excellent price considering how much the prices are going up. If it only came with a lot in Tiny Town I'd jump at this one.

It is a lovely home and you did a great job showing it. I will say it doesn't matter how many coats of paint were applied to the inside - it would have looked much better if they had paid attention to lining up the shiplap or whatever it is called so that the lines of it matched. That "extra room" looks like it would be a great closet area.

I think this home is perfect for the price and where they have the little open space for abed could have a trundle bed it could be used for living room and double as a bedroom as well and they could mount a television onthe wall so all the kitchen could be used for a kitchen then you could put an armoire and a table and chairs how cool as that would be and the loft could be a second bedroom and the smaller loft storage space the people who designed that house with all those large appliances were smart especially because the washer and dryer so large enough to do all your bedding and towels and linens and the sink and toilet are perfect because you can put a cabinet underneath the sink and there was plenty of wall space to add you’re own cabinet or shelves ❤❤who ever is lucky 🍀 enough to buy this house is blessed by god it has all the right amenities and great living space because of the design this was really a awesome 👏 thank you 🙏 so much for sharing this amazing opportunity with us ❤🙏❤️👍😇👏👼✡️✝️🥰🇺🇸🇮🇱😀🧙‍♀️🧚🏻‍♂️🎃🍾🎉

price is okay for what you are getting. Wish I had a place to put it. Love the frig and stove. I would also need a pantry. Stack washer ànd dryer nice to have. If you were to build this today Randy would charge more money. It looks brand new. all the wood is lovely. You took your time to show it. Good job. I like the two doors One on each side for safety in case of fire. I have seen other models by other builders with more doors. In the lovely Park build for one.On this home I would have put glass in the doors for beauty and extra light. With the kitchen in front and bath in back it opens up the house., The kitchen could even be on the side near the door like the beast which is also a good design to make room for the bay window I love.. Randy's designs are evolving in a nice way.

This is the best model Randy ever created. The kitchen in the front with WINDOWS! Wow! This is the perfect model. Personally, I'd need only one door and a bit smaller fridge. And the Luanne model has the stairs on the back of the house, with a small closet at the base. That was the perfect model. I wonder why Randy doesn't make more of them? The front kitchen/stairs in the back design was the single best design on the internet! I wonder what it would cost?

I agree that this is a beautiful home. I would not need the 2nd door and could go with alittle bit smaller of a refrigerator, the profile of refrigerator is too overwhelming for the space, but still nice. Love the full size range. I know people’s live change but there is another channel showing homes are that for sale as well. I think this is a wonderful Community and this home will make someone very Happy. I think the price is good. ❤❤

The living room area is small and there's no place for a TV. I'd put in a bigger bathroom sink too. Those tiny ones make no sense, and this bathroom has plenty of room - too much room actually, considering the size of the living room.
