I had a crestie that i had to force feed for about 6 months before she finally started eating. She is still very nervous around me because she was NOT appreciative of force feeding but thankfully shes at least eating a drinking fine, even if she doesnt want to be held

First off id like to say your videos are so helpful and descriptive, I wanted to ask if you could make a video of how you clean your tanks for bearded dragons, or how do you clean the substrate at least? Both dry and bioactive. Ive been binge watching your videos and have seen how you make your substrate but none on cleaning yet and id love to have a setup with substrate, i just want to make sure i can also know how to clean it properly! Keep making videos lol, these are really great.

The benefit of those fake rocks they’re not as heavy. Once I loaded up my tank with real rocks. It was definitely a breaking hazard.

This only happens when they’re stuck in captivity. In the wild, bearded dragons are the ultimate deadbeat parents-they lay their eggs and peace out. And let’s be real, anything smaller than them? They’re not thinking “friend”; they’re thinking “snack.” 😂😂😂

Plot twist: The baby who knew what was up was the baby at the beginning of the video, who saw his mom try to eat him first hand. That’s why he’s immediately suspicious, and why she wants to get rid of him first. lol. This was a joke and I think they might be different lizards in all honesty, I just thought it was funny, I don’t know much abt lizards.

So many people don't keep uromastyx hot enough. So many got brought back to the reptile shop. Trying to emphasize on a 140° basking spot with very low humidity and instead they try setting them up like a bearded dragon and killing them.

Aren't they herbivores though? Plus if I remember right, they're also not as territorial as beardies. The difference in behavior towards young is likely do to this. The mom doesn't really view the babies as food or as serious threats to her territory, so she's chill, but still curious (hence the licking.) The babies noticed her lack of aggression, so they were also chill. Except that one guy. He was probably still concerned she might hurt them just because she's big - nothing wrong with that though - I fact, I commend his caution! It would've served him well in the wild
