You guys were 100% wrong... you didn't "Drill a square hole." You drilled a round hole and used a square file to force it into a square shape using a press. This guys, is how you drill a square hole. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJvGnHlmYruYfas

I kid you not I lived. In the WashingtonD.C. suburbs for over 35 years and you never knew what you might see on the Highways one morning a guy driving next to me didn’t have a Steering Wheel he literally had a set of Visegrips clamped on the Column he was steering from not a care in the World he was going 60 MPH in and out of Traffic changing lanes

the smart car use such good material that these gens doesn't need gloves. I had a Miata ND, I can't do alignment myself because the steel bolt sort of welded into the Alluminum Chasis just by touching each other, they glued on. My 453 is buttery smooth

I have two fiberglass body dune buggies. My 67 is having problems with the clutch, the pedal goes to the floor now and the gears won't engage. I I have no way to remove the motor . I'm in Columbus Ohio and no one seems to know anything about them.

I’m fairly experienced, and I have a reasonable toolkit, but I Don’t Own An Arbour Press, and yes I do know what that is, and I have used one, but I have never had the justification to buy one for the few times I have needed it, also I’m usually working on site, and it’s not practical to carry one in my vehicle, I also know what Broaching a Hole means, but this title is very misleading Gents, be straightforward about what you’re actually doing - Julie

that used to be true, at one time, the Mexican carbs were the best aftermarket replacements. I personally have a Mexican one that has been fine for 10 years. I have put the China ones on as of late if somebody wants a new one and they are pretty much, plug and play. I never had problems with them. I have a solex built and ready to go. it has been on a shelf for years but I haven't needed to change it so there it sits....

I have to make 1/4" holes in 1/8" Aluminum, but it's on the van walls (big Step Van) .. A ect broach for that is like $260 :( ... My plan is to buy a proper broach and hammer it though a 17/64" pre-dill. I wonder if a square file would worK like thus free had on the van walls: .. MUCH cheaper!!

Just picked up an old 40hp and it turns but not all the way by hand. will get a camera to hook up to my phone and check it out. I was looking for someone who knows what to do with an old new to me free motor to see if it's any good? Thanks for do this video. great into.
