Bout time someone fixed one of these up. I've always liked them. Is the structure of the body made of wood? Or is it a steel structure?

I'm pretty sure they are wood and styrofoam and maybe some steel structure. Ryan will probably chime in and correct me. lol

There is a steel channel that makes a hoop like a roll bar right behind the drivers seats and the dash and the area in front have steel but that's really it for steel above the floor. There are box tube cross members under the wood floor. The wood floor is 1 1/8" plywood...good shit too! Obviously I have a bunch more steel In there now! The walls are mainly a thin piece of wood on the inside like paneling,Styrofoam and then a thin Piece of alum for the outside...they called it thermobond and it was guaranteed for life from winnebago.. there is plywood in certain locations ..the wall panels always seem to be great on these. The wood inside rots of water gets to it. I'll be replacing some of that soon particularly at the bottom. I did some of that in my first winni. Fiberglass resin does a great job of bonding that and sealing it
